These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, browse our products, place an order, or otherwise use our services.
By accessing or purchasing from Decoric, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you're legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete, and you're purchasing products for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it contains inaccurate information, involves suspected fraud, or misuses our website.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, materials, and pricing. Because products are viewed on different screens, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your display. We may correct genuine errors in product information or pricing when necessary, and we'll reach out before completing an order if an error affects it.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices on Decoric are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD $) unless clearly stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is what applies to your purchase, subject to any valid discounts. Applicable taxes or other charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you submit your order. We don't add undisclosed charges after an order has been placed.
5. Payment
Decoric operates on Cash on Delivery. No online payment, card, or bank information is collected through our website — you pay the courier directly in cash when your order arrives.
6. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout. This confirmation acknowledges we received your order — it doesn't prevent us from canceling it where there's a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable product, or other reasonable fulfillment issue.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Decoric currently ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they're placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days, putting total estimated delivery at roughly 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) begin processing the next business day. Full shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy.
8. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent after your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear or update in the carrier's system, and estimated delivery dates may shift while your order is in transit.
9. Customer Shipping Information
You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Decoric isn't responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot an error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we can't guarantee a change once an order has entered processing or shipped.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) on the day they're placed, provided the order hasn't already been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be canceled — after delivery, eligible items can instead be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Returns
Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, an item must meet the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy, including being unused and returned in its original condition with original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase. Approved returns are made by mail using the prepaid return label we provide, with return shipping cost will be customer responsibility, no restocking fee, and no handling fee.
12. Refunds
Since Decoric operates on Cash on Delivery, we don't hold any card or bank details from checkout. Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we'll email you to collect your bank account details and process your refund by direct transfer, typically within 7 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund once we've sent it. A confirmation email is sent once your refund has been initiated. Questions about a refund can go to support@decoric.shop.
13. Exchanges
Decoric doesn't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the eligible original item for a refund and place a separate new order. Review our Return & Refund Policy before returning an item.
14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of the item received, the original packaging, and the shipping label. After review, we'll provide an appropriate replacement or full refund. If tracking shows an order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us so we can look into it with the carrier.
15. Promotions and Discounts
Decoric may occasionally offer discounts, promo codes, or other special offers. Promotions may apply only to selected products, carry an expiration date, require a code, or be limited to one use per customer — any material restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. Promotional offers can't be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
16. Website Availability
We work to keep our website accurate, secure, and available, but we can't always guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
17. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website to commit fraud, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape or commercially exploit our content, impersonate another person, or use unauthorized payment information. We may restrict access or cancel transactions when necessary to protect our customers and business.

Events like severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, or similar circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect order processing or delivery even with reasonable care taken. We'll make reasonable efforts to address the situation if this happens.

We may update these Terms as our services, business operations, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with an updated revision date.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
