8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Decoric accepts return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
We accept exchanges and charge no restocking fees.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and the refund approved.
Decoric pays return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For standard customer-preference returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

9. Order Cancellations
Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has shipped.
